I think drivers/net/ethernet/marvell/octeontx2/nic/otx2_txrx.c::
otx2_sq_append_skb() does something similar, but uses a helper
instead:

                        skb = __vlan_hwaccel_push_inside(skb);

Maybe __vlan_hwaccel_push_inside() should be used here?
