Subject: [PATCH 3/6] percpu: Use TYPEOF_UNQUAL() in variable declarations

Use TYPEOF_UNQUAL() to declare variables as a corresponding
type without named address space qualifier to avoid
"‘__seg_gs’ specified for auto variable ‘var’" errors.
