Not sure I get you, but I meant we don't reset the device so it can
keep raising tx interrupts:

virtnet_drain_old_xmit()
netdev_tx_reset_queue()
skb_xmit_done()
napi_enable()
netdev_tx_completed_queue() // here we might still surprise the bql?
