Subject: [PATCH net-next] net/rds: Replace deprecated strncpy() with strscpy_pad()

strncpy() is deprecated for NUL-terminated destination buffers. Use
strscpy_pad() instead and remove the manual NUL-termination.

Compile-tested only.
