Subject: [PATCH v2 net-next 4/4] tcp: Rename tcp_or_dccp_get_hashinfo().
DCCP was removed, so tcp_or_dccp_get_hashinfo() should be renamed.
Let's rename it to tcp_get_hashinfo().
