You were right once again, sir.

I've not been able to replicate the 1000ms delays after starting from a clean
6.14.8 install. Ping is fast again.

However, there's still a performance problem.

The iperf3 client (red) hangs forever.

The server (blue) throws this error:
iperf3: error - unable to receive cookie at server:

And red's dmesg shows:

Anything else I might be missing?
