Subject: [PATCH net-next] ipv4: udp: fix typos in comments

Correct typos in ipv4/udp.c comments for clarity:
"Encapulation" -> "Encapsulation"
"measureable" -> "measurable"
"tacking care" -> "taking care"

No functional changes.
