Subject: [PATCH net-next] net: rtnetlink: fix typos in comments
- Corrected "rtnl_unregster()" -> "rtnl_unregister()" in the
documentation comment of "rtnl_unregister_all()"
- Fixed typo "bugwards compatibility" -> "backwards compatibility"
