Subject: [PATCH v2 net-next 3/8] tcp: remove CACHELINE_ASSERT_GROUP_SIZE() uses

Maintaining the CACHELINE_ASSERT_GROUP_SIZE() uses
for struct tcp_sock has been painful.

This had little benefit, so remove them.
