Previously, I removed preempt_disable from bpf_try_get_buffers,
In my understanding, it is safe
to access this_cpu_inc_return(bpf_bprintf_nest_level), can we just
remove the WARN_ON_ONCE? It seems that BPF allows preemption after
run under migration disabled. Is it right?
