Then we need to pass the "is_return" to invoke_bpf() too, and
all the possible flags in func_meta in the feature, which will
make the function arguments become more and more.

I think maybe we can pass the func_meta(don't contain the cookie_offset)
and the cookie_offset, and let invoke_bpf() construct func_meta with
cookie_offset further? Which will make it less confusing. What do you
think?
