Allocating the linearization page from the page_pool would eliminate the
need for the xdp_page tracking, and simplify skb_mark_for_recycle. I
will update v3 to use page_pool_alloc_pages() in xdp_linearize_page().

> Is this a separated fix? I don't see the connection to the page pool.
It happened when I was trying to send traffic to the vm once the
interface went down. There are already helpers that handle this flag
with proper locking. I will remove it in v3.
