I tested with debug tracing and confirmed the issue triggers with
typical 1536-byte allocations. When len += hole extends the buffer into
3072-4096, page_pool's internal frag_offset stays at 3072, so a
subsequent smaller allocation could overlap.
Since page_pool manages frag_offset internally and there's no API to
advance it past the hole, the fix is to remove the if (hole < len +
room) block entirely.
