I apologize for what I said, and I take you at your word that there
was no attempt to take credit for anyone else's work.
I appreciate your offering to credit Catena for the bit-reversal
permutation. I believe you when you say you came up with the idea to
use the reduced round Blake2b round independently, and the XOR idea is
everywhere, as you say.
I can make your suggested fix in my repository of candidates on
github, and re-read the code. The input collisions are my second
biggest concern.
