Hasn't this resulted in the downloads being inconsistent with the rest
of those wiki pages?  Perhaps the strengths have remained the same, but
perhaps the pseudocode needs to be updated to reflect the tweaks?

(For yescrypt, I edited the strengths too, as they changed slightly with
the tweaks from v0 to v1.)
