It however saddens me to see that some people still believe that a blind "love
it or leave it" is considered a reasonable attitude.  What, exactly, do you
propose that reasonable people who have reasonable disagreements with
governmental policies do?

It's hard to love a country when we're invading other countries to get rid of
WMD that nobody can find, the VP's old company (Halliburton) is getting rich
from it, and the Attorney General seems to not want to defend the concept of
civil liberties.

Would I be upset if a freak meteorite took the 3 of them out and left Colin
Powell in charge? No.  Would I advocate using a grenade launcher to speed the
process? Also no.  However, if they steal another few presidential elections
(see Diebold's comments about "delivering votes to the president"), *then* it
*will* be time to remind people why the Second Amendment exists...

Unfortunately, I'm finding little to no way to tie this back into material
that's on-topic....
