  Get OE-QuoteFix.  It's completely brilliant and sorts out all those
formatting problems.  I can't recommend it enough!

  Please, snip the quote.  Everyone's seen it already, and even if they
haven't, it will usually be just above your reply in their
newsreader/browser/whatever.  It's 100% redundant.
