Subject: scanning

In some states in the US it is illegal to do it even if you do have
permision. That is if you are not a licensed Private Invenstigator. In
Georiga for instance it is a misdemeanor and about to become a felony if you
do any kinds of foresnic invenstigation without being a Private Investigator
whether you have permision or not. And people have been sued in Civil court
over it. It's already in some states and spreading.
