PROBLEM: Certain network traffic can cause programs to fail.
IMPACT: Potential denial of service
PLATFORM: HP9000 Series 700/800 running HP-UX releases B.11.00,
B.11.04, B.11.11, and B.11.22.

A. Background
Certain network traffic can cause programs to fail. An
example of potentially vulnerable program is diagmond.
