I did that quite some time ago. Since you're using Outlook Express,
upgrade to version 6 and start using its filtering capabilities. It's
really not hard to do.

I think the list should just block hushmail.com and hush.com, as in the
few days it has been proven that these folks are using anonymity to hide
behind dozens of stupid posts.
