Message-ID: <87d6fk34qj.fsf@deneb.enyo.de> From: fw at deneb.enyo.de (Florian Weimer) Subject: Scanning for DCOM & fingerprinting Windows Me It appears that using the eEye/Nessus test, a vulnerable Windows NT 4.0 system and a non-vulnerable Windows Me system are both flagged as vulnerable. Any idea how to fingerprint the Windows Me system, so that it can be flagged non-vulnerable nonetheless?
