That's the point. Law in the US and Europe is *very* different in these
cases. While I do not agree that the EULA is worthless in Europe, the
vendor is definitely much more limited in what it may contain (or it
goes void, at least in part).

Be careful telling somebody he doesn't understand the law if he is
talking about a foreign law system ;)
