Actually, I use thunderbird and have a filter called 'plonkers'

Most of the people who respond to threads like this wind up on it and
any mail from them gets trashed.

Guys, I know its annoying seeing mail on this list that you consider off 
topic or whatever, but having been subscribed to this list for some 
years now, the only kind of reply that does any good to anyone is where 
you offer advice on how to filter email.

Personally, if people are plonkers enough to post crap like this 'vote 
was hacked' thread, then I never, ever want to see another email from 
them again.

And you know what? I don't have to. Neither do you.

Its an *unmoderated* list; thats what I signed up for. So did you.
*Unmoderated*; thats why I stay subscribed despite all the crap that 
comes through this list.
