Subject: Court Order May Violate First Amendment 

 It isn't  security threat, it is a misuse of our legal system, an unfair
bias towards the mother.  Justice is allegedly impartial, but not in this
case.

*yawn* If this violates the First Amendment, so does every single gag order
issued by a judge, prohibiting the people involved from discussing the case.

He screwed her, she had a kid. They fought about who got the kid. He lost,
and trash-talked the mom and the family court judges involved.  The people
who got trash-talked are trying to get the trash-talking stopped. He turns
around, and trash-talks the way they're trying to get the first round of
trash-talking stopped.

I'm well-known as a member of the tinfoil-helmet brigade, but even *I* am
having a problem seeing how this poses a security threat.
