I agree, it does seem a lot like extortion the way they present it on that
site, but putting myself in their shoes, I'm having a hard time figuring a
way to get paid for all my hard work without it sounding so much like
extortion.  One thing for sure I would change is the 30-day deal.  The only
real way to be fair (and legitimate) on this subject is to treat it like any
other merchandise.  Either offer it one time for one lump fee to the first
buyer or sell it for one reduced rate to everyone who wants to buy it.  I
can see where they would want the vendor to have some extra time to fix the
issue before releasing it to anyone else, but this is walking a fine line
towards extortion.  Best bet would be consult a lawyer before doing anything
like this...
