Subject: [PATCH 4/6 -v3] libext2fs: add ext2fs_bitcount() function
This function efficiently counts the number of bits in a block of
memory.
Signed-off-by: "Theodore Ts'o" <tytso@....edu>
Reviewed-by: Lukas Czerner <lczerner@...hat.com>
---
(Once more, with the correct patch...)
Renamed function signature to make it clear that ext2fs_bitcount takes
the number of bytes, not number of bits.
Enhance the unit test to make sure the popcount function is more
thoroughly tested.
