Output of 
#cat /proc/acpi/processor/CPU0/power/*
And
#cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/*
Will be a good starting point.

Also, open a issue at bugme.osdl.org. It makes tracking the issues
easier that way.
