Subject: [PATCH] hugetlbfs: add NULL check in hugetlb_zero_setup()

If hugetlbfs module_init() fails, hugetlbfs_vfsmount
is not initialized and shmget() with SHM_HUGETLB flag will
cause NULL pointer dereference.
