2.6.21.3 is quite old, sorry.  The patch throws several rejects.

Against 2.6.22-rc4 would be preferred.  Against git-snapshot-of-the-day
from ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/snapshots/ is even better.
