Subject: [PATCH] SIGIO-driven I/O with inotify queues
This patch proposes SIGIO-driven I/O for descriptors returned by
inotify_init(). The thing may be enabled by convenient
fcntl (fd, F_SETFL, O_ASYNC) call.
