Subject: [PATCH 3/6] Char: specialix, remove bottomhalves

specialix, remove bottomhalves

- tqueue is used only for tty_wakeup, call it directly from the code
- tqueue_hangup for tty_hangup, it schedules its own work, use it directly
  too
