oh, &%^^%*(&^), you're right.  i looked at the comment, where it said
it needed that include for "kmalloc", grepped, didn't see kmalloc so
thought that include was unnecessary.  i didn't even notice the
"kzalloc".  my bad, profuse apologies.  argh.
