Subject: [Patch] arch/um/kernel/mem.c: remove arch_validate()


Remove arch_validate(), because no one uses it.
Remove useless macro HAVE_ARCH_VALIDATE.
Make the variable 'empty_bad_page' static.

Compile testing passed.
