Is this properly name?
page alloc is always "mem alloc".
you wrote comment as "Use emergency reserves" and
this flag works to turn on ALLOC_NO_WATERMARKS.
then, __GFP_NO_WATERMARK or __GFP_EMERGENCY are better?
