processors. I'm running Centos 5.2. This system

2.6.18-92.1.18.el5PAE (so will see this issue there shortly). The
>logs in this email are from the 2.6.18-92.1.13.el5PAE kernel.

Okay, I just wanted to add that I've just verified that this problem
also occurs in 2.6.27 and 2.6.28-rc5. I did not try 2.6.27.6 as there
are no changes in aic79xx driver between 2.6.27 and 2.6.27.6.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Jay
