Subject: [PATCH] IB/ehca: Fix lockdep failures for shca_list_lock

From: Michael Ellerman <michael@...erman.id.au>

shca_list_lock is taken from softirq context in ehca_poll_eqs, so we need to
lock IRQ safe elsewhere.
