Subject: [PATCH V2] score: add regset support

ptrace.c add register sets support for score architecture.

- genregs_get(struct task_struct *target,
           const struct user_regset *regset,
           unsigned int pos, unsigned int count,
           void *kbuf, void __user *ubuf)
    Retrieve the contents of score userspace general registers.

- genregs_set(struct task_struct *target,
           const struct user_regset *regset,
           unsigned int pos, unsigned int count,
           const void *kbuf, const void __user *ubuf)
    Update the contents of the score userspace general registers.
