Subject: [PATCH v2] [RESEND] mm: Introduce coredump parameter structure

Introduce coredump parameter data structure (struct coredump_params)
for simplifying binfmt->core_dump() arguments.

Changes in v2:
 - Don't remove DUMP_WRITE() macro, because it is used in
   ELF_CORE_WRITE_EXTRA_* at asm/elf.h on ia64 and um.
