Subject: [GIT PULL] sound fixes

Linus,

please pull sound fixes for v2.6.33-rc2 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tiwai/sound-2.6.git for-linus

containing the following fixes. Most of them are small individual
fixes. A big chunk is for supporting a few new Realtek codec chips,
which are more or less compatible with older ones.

Thanks!

Takashi
