Warning: dev (pts0) tty->count(4) != #fd's(3) in tty_release_dev

Not much I can say other than this popped out, this is 2.6.33-rc1
f7b84a6ba7eaeba4e1 on a 48 core x86_64 box running make -j 72 over ssh.
I believe that pts0 is associated with the ssh session where the kernel
is building.

What else can I collect, do, test, try, ya know?
