Subject: [PATCH] hugetlb: Fix section mismatches

hugetlb_sysfs_add_hstate is called by hugetlb_register_node directly
during init and also indirectly via sysfs after init.

This patch removes the __init tag from hugetlb_sysfs_add_hstate.
