Subject: PROBLEM: with resume (?) and networking

I'm having some problem which seems to be related to suspend/resume.

>From time to time, usually after resume, I start getting some weird
networking problems. I'm sorry, there is no better way to explain
this. Problem disappears after reboot. Here is what I have in dmesg
