Ok, I'll follow Ingo's suggestion of renaming this to CONFIG_EXPERT and
then prepare a patchset that allows users to disable CONFIG_ZONE_DMA,
CONFIG_GENERIC_ISA_DMA, and CONFIG_ISA_DMA_API on x86.
