Subject: [PATCH] seqlock: get rid of SEQLOCK_UNLOCKED

All static seqlock should be initialized with the lockdep friendly
__SEQLOCK_UNLOCKED() macro.

Remove legacy SEQLOCK_UNLOCKED() macro.
