Subject: [PATCH 10/11] Remove PSEUDOSZ, use sizeof(struct pseudo_hdr) instead.

PSEUDOSZ seems to define struct pseudo_hdr size.
Remove it and use sizeof(struct pseudo_hdr) directly.
