Subject: [PATCH 8/9] x86/smpboot.c: Don't offline BSP if any irq can not be migrated out of it
From: Fenghua Yu <fenghua.yu@...el.com>
Don't offline BSP if any irq can not be migrated out of it.
Call identify_boot_cpu_online() for BSP in smp_callin() and continue to online
BSP in native_cpu_up().
