Subject: [PATCHv2] Regulator: Add Anatop regulator driver

Anatop regulator driver is used by i.MX6 SoC. The regulator provides
controlling the voltage of PU, CORE, SOC, and some devices. This patch
adds the Anatop regulator driver.
