Since boot problem is now fixed, I removed "depends on
!ARCH_USES_GETTIMEOFFSET" from config NO_HZ, config HIGH_RES_TIMERS,
config IRQSOFF_TRACER, config
PREEMPT_TRACER, to continue my work.
