Subject: [PATCH RESEND] x86: kernel/dumpstack.c simple_strtoul cleanup

Change kstack_setup() and code_bytes_setup() in kernel/dumpstack.c
to call kstrtoul() instead of calling obsoleted simple_strtoul().
