Subject: [PATCH v2] staging: ste_rmi4: Convert to Type-B support

This patch:
- convert to MT-B because Synaptics touch devices are capable of
  tracking identifiable fingers
  -- driver straightly reports all fingers' status
- call input_mt_init_slots with INPUT_MT_DIRECT flag
- against v3.7-rc3 kernel
